			<title><![CDATA[ ruins along colorado river ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Does anyone know about some ruins on the northside bend of the Colorado river, where the river turns south on the California and Arizona border? I came across
an old map in a book that shows ancient ruins along the Colorado river and its tributaries. I am not sure what the area is called or what type of people built
them, maybe Anasazi or Fremont.

			<title><![CDATA[ Not ancient, but really old ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Given the location, Southeast of Bicknell, Utah this is most probably attributed to the Ute Indians who inhabited that area. A friend told me about this so I
had to go check it out, did it twice actually. It&#39;s up on a really steep hill across from the Egan fish hatchery. It was probably a ceremonial site, but
that is a guess. It&#39;s a circle of rocks about 80 - 100 feet across with a partial circle inside of that one and is made of local lava rock measuring from

			<description><![CDATA[ While scouting for elk a couple of weeks ago I came across this.  I believe it's a medicine wheel, similar to the Bighorn Medicine Wheel.  This one is about 20' across and seemed to align with the compass directions.
